❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
Wrong Item Received
Damaged Product Received
Order Lost in Transit (as confirmed by courier partner)
To initiate a refund request, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kidzyarn.com with:
Order ID
Clear product images (unboxing video preferred)
Description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
🚫 No Refunds For:
Change of mind / dislike of the product after delivery
Size or color complaints (if same as ordered)
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
Orders refused or not accepted upon delivery
🔁 Replacement (If Applicable)
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on stock availability
Return shipping may be arranged via our courier partner
